The fear of public speaking is a universal one, yet it's a key skill for success in life and work. Our courses will prepare you to speak more confidently at meetings, interviews, presentations and social functions, and give you the opportunity to gain an internationally-recognised qualification.
We would like to congratulate Teresa Brennan, past-student of Athy School of Communication, who was a finalist in the Rose of Tralee in August 2014.
Small classes (a maximum of 12) create an encouraging environment in which to develop confidence and proficiency in using new skills. We place great emphasis on participation and gaining experience through practice, and provide a safe and non-judgemental space to do so.
The courses are suitable for anybody who would like to learn the techniques of public speaking and enhance their communication skills, whether to prepare for an upcoming event, meet the increasing challenges of the workplace or simply for enjoyment and personal development.
We offer a ten-week introductory course, a one-year course with the option of a qualification, and the opportunity to take your studies to an advanced level.
We also provide one-to-one tuition and Custom courses.
